Hugo Moreno plays trumpet and other instruments, and lives in Brooklyn, NY.

Hugo regularly plays with Mariachi Real de Mexico de Ramon Ponce, The Gregorio Uribe Big Band, Hora Decima, Hip Control, and at Trinity Lutheran Church, The Manhattan Brass, and at the Marlboro Festival.

Hugo has played classical music with Le Train Bleu, The Filmharmonic Brass, and The Philharmonic Orchestra of the Americas, and he has played Mexican and Afro-Carribean music with Lila Downs y la Misteriosa, Los Tigres Del Norte, and Grupo Rebolu.

Hugo has recorded for ESPN, and on Sony Classical, Naxos, Zoho, and Chesky Records.

Hugo plays in Broadway orchestras, and freelances throughout New York City.
